Overview:
This is a holistic internship program that offers trainees an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in an inclusive and challenging environment. Responsibilities:
- Support Patient Care: Perform patient medical records’ history taking, equipment preparation for medical purposes and providing treatments under the guidance of physicians or specialists.
- Administrative Support: Set appointments with patients, update records on patients’ information and directly communicate with other sections.
- Research and Data Analysis: Participate in research assignments including data collection & analysis as well as contributing towards writing up research reports & presentations.
- Community Outreach: Organize community health programs/events; provide public education on topics related to health among others.
- Professional Development: Take part in training programs, workshops or meetings that can improve your knowledge regarding the field of health services.
Qualifications:
- Currently apply/recently graduated from appropriate course – Health Services, Public Health, Nursing Medicine Administration etc.).
- Strong interest in healthcare; desire for increased understanding about it.
- Good communication skills both written and oral forms are required by one who want’s be dentist later on his/her life or somehow connected with medicine field at least because he/she should explain people what is wrong with them during check-up or something else.
- collaboration ability.
- some familiarity with how doctors talk about disease (in lay terms) when talking to patients.
- strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail need be there.
Requirements:
Interns should work for at least twenty hours per week over the course of twelve weeks. We will pay you during this internship and you should be available to work within our premises. Must possess proactive spirit, teachability, ability to handle multiple tasks.
