Job Purpose

As part of our Behavioural Economics team, you will:
- Conduct in-depth research.
- Design behavioural interventions.

Job Responsibilities
- Research & Design:
- Conduct literature reviews and design behavioural experiments.
- Synthesize data to provide actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Work alongside business units to implement behavioural interventions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Training & Knowledge Management:
- Facilitate training on behavioural insights for various business units.
- Manage knowledge resources, including maintaining research libraries and newsletters.
- Strategic Contribution:
- Support the achievement of business strategies through data-driven insights.
- Manage projects effectively and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
- Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage research databases responsibly.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Honours Degree in Economics, Psychology, Anthropology, or Social Sciences.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Psychology, Anthropology, or Social Sciences.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrated passion for behavioural economics and behavioural science.
- Research experience is essential.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
