Responsibilities:
As a Cotton on internship:
- Assist across various departments including marketing, sales, merchandising and customer service.
- Carry out market research to support strategic decisions.
- Attend team meetings with creative ideas also given.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content monitoring performance improvement.
- Assist with planning and executing in-store promotion events and special events.
- Ensure smooth running of initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Undertake administrative tasks where necessary to support the team’s efforts.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, it requires;
- A keen interest in fashion and retail sectors.
- Strong communication skills both orally written.
- Ability work independently while being a good team player.
- Excellent organizational abilities coupled with proper time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A basic knowledge about social media platforms as well as digital marketing concepts.
Requirements:
Candidates should currently be enrolled at college or university level pursuing either business administration; marketing; fashion among others. Though not mandatory having worked or volunteered before in such like industries may add value to your application. For the duration of this internship period 20 hours minimum will have to be dedicated by applicants weekly.
