1. Operations Specialist: Service Delivery

Requirements:
- NQF 6 qualification: 3-year Degree/Diploma in IT, Engineering, or Commerce, or NQF 4 (Grade 12).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management, or 5 years for senior roles.
- ITIL 3 or 4 certification (preferred).
- Availability for 24/7 support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage service requests and incident resolutions.
- Coordinate changes to services and implement service optimizations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
