Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor agile teams on agile values and best practices.
- Facilitate team ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Identify and resolve impediments while helping teams maintain focus and productivity.
- Foster self-organization and empowerment within teams.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and effective collaboration among team members.
- Set up and mobilize new teams while establishing lean-agile governance.
- Provide coaching to underperforming agile teams, tailoring methods as needed.
- Collaborate with other Agile Practitioners to improve overall agile maturity.
- Promote a growth mindset through the development of learning materials and team-building activities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in software development teams.
- Certified in Agile and Scrum Master methodologies.
