Position Purpose
To support operational efficiency and ensure process improvement initiatives are effectively coordinated, analyzed, and implemented within the Infrastructure Maintenance department.

Position Outputs
- Coordination and execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Analyzing Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) projects to enhance operational performance.
- Implementation of critical projects with operational impact.
- Ensuring adherence to governance processes related to Infrastructure Maintenance Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years in Infrastructure Maintenance or continuous improvement/project management environments.
- Proven track record in implementing key projects with operational impact.
- License: Must possess a valid Code B Driver’s License and be competent to drive.
